10. Work on Rail

10.E Review and revise the worksite protection plan if required and when changes affect the worksite protection controls

RISK – Workers inside Rail Corridor do not revise controls as environment changes, resulting in serious incident (WHS) and / or Category A notifiable occurrence (RSNL)

The review of the worksite protection plan should be performed in consultation with supervisor/superintendent and relevant stakeholders.

Where task planning impacts worksite protection arrangement, those changes must be reviewed for their impact on the worksite protection arrangements.

If any changes are required to the worksite protection plan, these changes must be documented in the revised plan and communicated to all relevant personnel, before works can commence or resume.
