RISK – Rail Infrastructure is not certified prior to workers leaving site, resulting in serious incident (WHS) and / or Category A notifiable occurrence (RSNL)
Refer to Network Track Certification form or Network operators certification of completion form.
The qualified worker in charge consults with the worksite Supervisor to verify all people, plant, equipment and/or obstructions are clear of the Danger Zone before handing back to Network Control.
Copies of the track occupancy authority must be retained at the workplace.
Confirm qualified person undertakes physical inspection of track and rail infrastructure prior to handback to Network operator.
