Work rosters and activity programs must be developed in consultation with staff and workforce.
Once the wellbeing risks have been identified, the workplace will establish a number of wellbeing programs to incorporate into the workplace. These will be documented on a wellbeing program schedule.
John Holland offers a number of key programs that align with the 4 wellbeing elements of healthy minds, healthy bodies, healthy workplaces and healthy relationships.

- Flexible working arrangements
- Black Dog Institute’s Managing for Team Wellbeing Training (mandatory for John Holland Managers)
Wellbeing Programs for Healthy Relationships
- Third Space Training (also covers Healthy Minds)
- Wellbeing Webinars (topics cover other Wellbeing elements too)
Workplaces can also implement their own Wellbeing programs to suit the needs / interests of the project.
