Examples of temporary works which would require the change management process include:

• Changes to the proposed installation or removal methodology
• Change in geometry due to unidentified clash
• Substitution of materials or components
• Increased design life or service installation
• Excavating next to a previously unidentified service or foundation

No change to installed temporary work must be made without prior acceptance of the TW Designer.

Any alterations will trigger a review of the relevant risk documentation (WRA, AMS, TRA) to ensure the alternations are planned and completed safely.

Ensure all changes impacting workers are directly communicated to affected workers and any revisions to the TRA are done in consultation with the workers.
