8.D Continually monitor isolation controls to ensure they are in place and working as intended

RISK – Ineffective controls

Control measures required will be stipulated in the Isolation Permit (if the permit is applicable).

 

 

 

Isolation inspections and high-risk audits will be conducted by the project team in accordance with Workplace Hazard Identification and Inspection Procedure and Monitoring and Review Procedure to ensure isolation controls are monitored on site.
